These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your relationship with the designed studio website operated by the designed studio team. Your access to and use of the services are conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services. By accessing/using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the services.
We are looking forward to entrusting the designed studio with your data. We know how important this is to you. Our tech team has established standard security protocols (and more) to keep your data safe. However, we have set up our backend infrastructure to protect your data and continue to work on it constantly.
Personal data like the name, photos, phone numbers, and email address are yours. We are committed to not selling these types of data to third parties. But we are sure you understand that in the interest of science and the potential to save more lives in the future, the designed studio may have partnerships with Hospitals and Health Organizations. In other words, records like diseases, types of medicine used, general location, and anything that would help medical practitioners for research purposes and other endeavors that will make better medical decisions - as long as it does not directly identify you - could be shared to make our world a better place.
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be a bill in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set eitheron a monthly or annually basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. The one-time setup fee will be charged in advance.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or the designed studio cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting the designed studio customer support team. A valid payment method, including online banking, is required to process the payment for the subscription. You shall provide the designed studio with accurate and complete billing information with full name, address, state, telephone number, and transaction ID. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the designed studio to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. The designed studio will never provide any hardware and support.
Permission will be given to temporarily download a copy of the web app and other designed studio products. The grant of a license, not a transfer of title, which is non-exclusive and non-assignable, and under this license, you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions by the designed studio at any time. Terminating your viewing of these materials or the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
Services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting the content to the services, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the services. You retain all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
You represent and warrant that: (i) The content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the services infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person. If you are a copyright owner or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the services, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of"Copyright Infringement" of info@designed studio.ai and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement. You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any content is infringing your copyright.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our services. You should agree, not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Your data may be process in the country which collected and in other countries where laws regarding the processing of personal data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. It is your responsibility to determine what applicable laws and data privacy policies are required of you or your health facility to be compliant.
While the designed studio adheres to the aforementioned policies and provides a secure application for the storage and processing of Protected Health Information (PHI), you are responsible for ensuring that the rest of the necessary processes are also implemented according to your country’s data privacy requirements.
The services and their original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the designed studio and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or services without the prior written consent of the designed studio.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least a 30-day notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
